Thailand court rejects petition on Pita’s renomination for PM

• Thailand’s Constitutional Court on Wednesday rejected a petition asking it to rule on the legitimacy of last month’s parliamentary vote that blocked the renomination of Move Forward Party leader Pita Limjaroenrat as a prime ministerial candidate.
• The decision paves the way for the parliament to convene again for the next prime ministerial vote.
