Malaysia: Tok Pa calls on public to share feedback on 12MP

• THE public are invited to share their views and suggestions on the country’s development in preparation for the 12th Malaysia Plan 2021-2025 (12MP).
• Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Economy) Mustapa Mohamed said the public can give feedback on things such as courses of action on reviving the economy, addressing poverty, skilled human capital development, technology adoption and digitisation.
• Suggestions related to community participation in the digital economy, environmental sustainability, development of Sabah and Sarawak, and improving the efficiency of the public service can also be forwarded.
• Mustapa said the 12MP will be tabled in Parliament early 2021. He said the 12MP is based on the Shared Prosperity Vision 2030, aimed at bringing “development to all, bridging the wealth and income gap, and building a united, prosperous and dignified nation”.
